Beautiful condo that was set up for each of our guests upon arrival. Everything clean and tidy/ minimalist which is perfect for the space. When they say everything is provided, there is everything! I didn’t need to pack half of what I did because it was provided. The pool is never overly crowded, the beach is only a few steps away. A quick drive to activities and the airport, I loved this condo and would stay again. Ignacio and Jose answer almost immediately to address any concerns.

My husband and I brought our 2 boys ages 10 and 7 for spring break week to Puerto Rico. We loved the location, close to the airport (about 5 minutes drive), close to an amazing beach and access to a swimming pool and basketball court. The view from the balcony was also wonderful. The building is quiet which was great. I also enjoyed how easy it was to get on and off the highway for all the places we wanted to visit. We were also a 5 minute drive to great restaurants in San Juan. We had a great time!

Really enjoyed Ignacio’s place. His instructions were precise so make sure to read them carefully upon entrance to the villa. Big thank you to Lorenzo the security attendant. He was very helpful and we loved his welcoming spirit! The unit was clean, fresh, and had plenty of amenities. A bonus was the view! It was great to wake up to the ocean every morning. There’s restaurants, bars and convenience stores within walking distance. I can’t wait to visit PR again and stay at Ignacio’s place!!

Our stay was great no problems. Nice view of Ocean. Nice big pool. Everything in the place is pristine. The king bed is very comfortable. The laundry was convenient. Overall a great stay for my wife's big birthday milestone.
