absolutely gorgeous location. We visited in it's off season and the view still took my breath away. I will be making plans to come back in the fall and witness it in all its glory. My husband and I went to Ireland for our honeymoon and this locations view made me feel I was there again. There was one night I spent cuddled up next to the fireplace crocheting, the next night we spent relaxing in the hot tub and then played some pool while watching the sunset. Mark was one of the most helpful, and responsive hosts I have ever had the privilege of renting from. This will not be my last visit there. Thanks Mark & Allyson!

This was our 2nd stay at Mons Pace as a family (2 young kids), and it does not disappoint. We all love the chalet and it's character, in fact the kids would rather not leave at all. All the comforts of home plus some. During this stay we had a freak Spring snow storm, but Mark and Allyson were very much involved in making sure we were 100% comfortable and able to keep our schedule. The communication and attentiveness was greatly appreciated by our family, surpassing our expectations. The property speaks for itself, but Mark and Allyson are exemplary hosts. We certainly wished to stay longer, and we will be booking again in the future. Thank you !!

We had a lovely stay at the Mons Place. From the breathtaking view to the hot tub on the raised deck and nice fire pit, to the well-appointed home with thoughtful touches throughout, it was the perfect spot for us and our dogs. Mark was friendly and responsive and check-in and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a peaceful, beautiful stay that is in an area with a variety of outdoor recreational activities, a few decent food options locally (and half an hour or so from even better food), and that classic Vermont charm.

Very accommodating and flexible. Polite and responsive. Best part was they had all the stuff we needed for our dogs. Treats, water bowl, poop bags. And the hot tub was so nice especially being on the deck and the view was breathtaking. We could have just chilled in the house the whole weekend and been completely content. Would highly recommend for anyone who loves the outdoors and a quiet and cozy place to relax and enjoy the view.
