I really enjoyed this location. Next to the trails, and Gathering place is walking distance. No noise issues from neighbors other than one dog. Minor things that could be fixed are having better amenities for cooking (nonstick pans and more sponges) and some communication things (not being available on saturday even though I was told I could request an earlier check in)

Great apartment at the perfect location. It is just down the road from Utica Square, a nice outdoor shopping area and only a couple blocks from the river. The host was very responsive with any issues that arose. The apartment is nice inside, and definitely a great value. I would definitely stay here again!

Anytime I stay with Bolewood properties it is good. This was a great location. They are very easy to work with and respond quickly. Highly recommend.

Loved the location -- right on the trail and close to everything. There is a busy road out front, but the bedroom is in back and much quieter at night. The place gets tons of light and furniture was comfy. The bathroom is small. Overall a really nice stay.
