My family and I had a terrific stay at Caroline's beautiful home at the foot of the South Downs and within easy reach of Brighton and the coast. The house is particularly well furnished and very well equipped with a large country style kitchen and well appointed dining area and lounge. Communication with Caroline was pleasant and easy and she responded beyond our expectations when we had a small power glitch which she resolved swiftly and efficiently breaking from a personal engagement to assist us. We can thoroughly recommend this stunning property and hope to return in the future.

Amazing place. Felt like home as soon as we arrived. Spacious. Warm. Cosy. Lovely feel to the place. The dogs loved the garden. We pretty much lived in the kitchen area playing games and eating and drinking. Perfect for the 6 of us. Games also at the house. The house had such a nice homely feel to it. Caroline was a fab host. So responsive. We ate at the local pub The Plough. 5 min drive away. We went for a lovely long circular walk up Blackstone lane just by the house. Lots of deer. We would love to come back. It’s everything a family or group of friends could want. Thank you

A beautiful home in a lovely location, superbly decorated for our family Christmas get together, and with many thoughtful touches (the flapjacks were a real highlight!). Our Aussie children loved the deer park and the Knepp estate that were so close. We are looking forward to booking Little Gable for the next time!!

This place was perfect for our family of 6 and our dog. The house is stunning, clean and so lovely and warm. It has everything you need to feel at home immediately. The house was beautifully decorated and we loved the kitchen. The garden was large and secure with plenty of sniffing spots for our dog. If there is anything you need, Caroline is just there to help. We loved every minute of our stay and would love to come back for Christmas again, the house had lots of lovely Christmas decorations. Thank you so much!
