This listing was even better than the pictures, perfect for a girls night away in Sandwich. Clean, comfortable and quiet with plenty of parking and things to do nearby.

Only stayed here for a quick overnight, so didn't get to make a lot of use of the space. But it was great, and Suzanne was very friendly

We had a lovely short but sweet stay! Suzanne’s house had everything we needed and was so clean and cozy! We would definitely stay here again.

We felt right at home in this little guest suite. Andrew and Suzanne were friendly and responsive hosts, the chickens were entertaining, and the quarters cozy. Some things we appreciated: pack n play on site, a small collection of baby toys, proximity to Sandy Neck beach (less than 10 minutes away), chocolates and eggs upon arrival, peaceful surroundings, lots of towels and blankets, and easy check-in and check-out. One thing we didn't consider when booking was the stairs, which are narrow and steep - and totally part of the charm of this old farmhouse - and we didn't think about how to keep our baby off of them. In the end, he wasn't interested, so we didn't ask about whether there were baby gates available - something to consider if you are bringing little ones with you. The space downstairs and second bedroom are also quite small, which is lovely and cozy for two people and a small child or two, but probably not ideal for four adults or older children.

We really enjoyed our stay here. She had plenty of clean linens and towels! We had a small accident and she was very responsive. Her and Andrew are very nice folks and are helpful. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful place!
