All things considered we felt right at home here. We were in town for graduation at UGA and although we didn’t really spend a lot of downtime at Kay’s space she had all the comforts of home and then some. Cleanliness, comfort, parking, and a good nights sleep were what we found here. Any questions were handled promptly and with utmost care. Would definitely recommend if you’re in town for a game or event at UGA.

Kay was an amazing host! The location and everything about our stay was amazing. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an easy and beautiful place to stay!

Our daughter had a competition at the University of Georgia. It is about a 10 min drive. Loved that we were able to get away from the hustle every night. Kay's place was perfect. They were great host's. We didn't do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen was equipped. Our daughter worked remote and it even had a little desk area. If you have time, check out the pond out back. The city girl in me loved seeing a mama goose on her eggs. Truly enjoyed Athens and the downtown area, and escaping to Kay's for much needed peace and tranquility.

Kay’s house was wonderful! Everything was just how we expected, there was plenty of space for our group, and it was all neat and clean. The rate was VERY reasonable, especially for a big game weekend and the drive into Athens was an easy one. Thanks for having our group, Kay & Mike!

We stayed here for the Georgia football game which was super close! Hosts were very friendly and we had a great time!
