We had a great stay! Very clean and in a quiet area. Felt very safe with the gated property. Ajith was extremely kind and considerate and checked in with us several times to ensure we had everything we needed. Ajith picked us up and dropped us off at the airport which made it easy to start relaxing as soon as we got on the plane. Car rental was a huge plus and having chairs and umbrellas gave us the freedom to check out any local beach and relax. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Before arrival, I had messaged the host a few times. Sometimes, my questions were answered, other times, messages were read and unanswered. Seemed like it was an inconvenience to him... Upon arrival, we noticed a foul smell in the bedroom (smelled like vomit). We took the bedding off and washed the sheets in our own detergent. The comforter also smelled like this. We brought this up to the host, who told us there was no problem with the bed before he even came to see it. He became hostile after coming to see the room. He began yelling at us and told us that we made the brown stain on the mattress protector. We had only been there for 10 minutes! He also told us that he was going to check his CAMERA! IN THE BEDROOM??? His wife was very polite and offered new bedding. Also, the knob on the washer is broken. Just be aware before you book...if you don't have someone mechanical with you, you may not be able to figure out how to use it. Host did become friendlier later during stay.

Ajith was very friendly and accommodating to our requests while we stayed with him in the guest house. The location was good and the house was clean and has everything you need for your stay in Turks. We recommend to stay here and will definitely come stay again on our next visit.

This guest house was a great place for our trip. Ajith is a friendly and gracious host. He picked us up at the airport and made sure we were well situated. He also made himself available any time we needed help. Ajith knows the island very well and was a great source of knowledge! I highly recommend staying with Ajith. We definitely will stay with him on our next trip!

This was a great experience! Ajith and his daughter Jasmine were very friendly and helpful! Ajith picked us up and dropped us from the airport. We even rented a car with him! It is only a 10-15 min drive to the Grace Bay Area. We drove to so many places! The home is really close to the Turks Head brewery. Jasmine recommend we go to the Mango Reef Restaurant and it was delicious! We had a great time! The home was perfect! We would definitely go back here in the future!
