Dawn could not be nicer. She had tons of food on our arrival, unfortunately which we had to return due to my allergies. Extremely generous in that regard. The place was extremely quiet and very private. Parking was definitely a bonus. You have quite a view of the distant mountains and trees and you’re really not aware that you’re so close to a city. The kitchen could be outfitted with a few more things and the pots need upgrading. But if you don’t cook much, it won’t matter. Beautiful surroundings. We absolutely loved the Twisted Oak. We had a nice late breakfast there during the heavy rain and it was wonderful to sit in the conservatory. Also, they are so sensitive allergy and they also had soy milk when I acted sad that I couldn’t have the chocolate due to a dairy restriction. Exeter is very interesting. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit there.

Perfect, Very clean and tidy with everything you could need. Dawn was so friendly and made us all feel very welcome, Would 100% recommend and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful few days at Dawn's place! It was warm, beautifully furnished, and had everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Dawn was an excellent host, too. I would certainly recommend it!

Dawn and her husband both were very friendly , helpful people , easy to communicate, the flat was spotless and had everything you need! Dawn left some food for me in the fridge too . I’d definitely stay again .
