Had a wonderful stay! My daughter and I visited Athens for our annual Mother-Daughter Weekend. Paul's place had everything we needed and the location was perfect for our outings. Paul was very responsive to all our questions. The apartment was super clean and cozy. There was plenty of hot water. We loved the extra large recliners and the mattresses were so comfortable! Oh, and the Bulldogs decor was great -- Go Dawgs!!

Paul is very nice to work with and very accommodating as a host. We have rented his place on multiple occasions for different employees and every experience has been a good one. We would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

Cute spot - close to 5 points and the university but also tucked away in a bit quieter spot too! Great for a weekend with the family - super comfy beds too!
