Staying with Simon and Cath was wonderful, they were generous, helpful, and friendly hosts. The location was in a beautiful and peaceful old English woodland with great walks, which our dog loved, as well as having nearby cafes, and restaurants in Grange. The accommodation is cosy, spacious, and beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the little touches such as cosmetics bags, fluffy towels, and a great kitchen. Hope to stay again sometime soon.

Wonderful rural retreat, lovely to wake up and hear the birdsong. Felt right at home and great instructions from Simon as to how to find the property. Nice welcoming touches. Able to walk into Grange over Sands and particularly enjoyed a meal at The Estuary, can also recommend the cafe at the bottom of Windermere Road. Plenty of walks. Would definitely stay again!

We Had such an amazing time. The place was cosy and in a lovely location, with the local village, coast and forest to explore. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly, really enjoyed our stay :) Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay. Such peaceful surroundings and very easy to access the local town and walking trails directly from the accomodation. Simon was a great host responding to questions quickly and with lots of local knowledge. Lots of lovely touches in the accomodation that made our stay an amazing one. The Dog enjoyed the woods too!
