My gf and I had an incredible stay at Kyle's loft near the Pershing metro station in DTLA. The location couldn't have been more perfect, with easy access to the Grand Central Market, The Last Stand Bookstore, and a variety of great bars and restaurants. The loft itself was spotless, and having a private parking space was an absolute blessing. The doorpeople were incredibly friendly, and the loft was just amazing! It was tastefully decorated and exceptionally comfortable. The shower had great pressure and hot water, the TV was large, and the views of the city from the windows were simply breathtaking. The powered curtains were a nice touch, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of the place. Everything about my stay went incredibly smoothly, thanks to Kyle's responsiveness and his excellent recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the area. We will definitely be returning for my next Crypto Arena event or Dodger game! We give Kyle's loft a perfect 10/10 rating!

This place was perfect for me and two of my friends, all of us had a good nights rest even when the outside was loud we couldn’t hear any of it. Great location and a really cool spot, Kyle even gave us a portion of a refund for the airbnb with an unforeseen circumstance. If you’re in dtla then this is the spot for you!

If you’re looking for a beautiful, spacious place within walking distance of the Staples Center, Kyle’s is your spot! The home is an industrial-style loft with a modern look and lots of fun nostalgic touches, and if you venture up to the rooftop, some incredible views of DTLA. Kyle is a super friendly and professional host—we felt completely safe and comfortable during our stay.
