We wanted a place to stay comfortably, relax, enjoy the river and a place to keep our boat close. This place did not disappoint as it fulfilled our wishes and needs. Thank you for providing a clean, safe place for us to call home during our stay. Priscilla was quick to respond anytime we reached out. We recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay on the water. Location is also close to food and libations!

If you're looking for a peaceful escape from the city, Priscilla's place is a great option. Sit by the water or fire and unplug. We enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit while the dogs ran around and explored the big backyard. Bedrooms were comfortable and home was well equipped for our two-night stay. You can walk down to the St. John River's shore for a beautiful sunset too. Nearby, venture to forest trails such as the Mud Springs Trail where a short walk leads you to an almost-private, natural Florida spring. Priscilla fit us in at the very last moment and we were very grateful! Her communication is great! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

The house was open and airy and very comfortable. Back yard had a dock on the channel and front yard has a view of a horse farm. My dad was very comfortable and was able to relax. We were visiting to celebrate his 85th birthday.
