A very tasteful villa offering a fantastic holiday rental in this special part of the world. Benefiting from the most spectacular ocean views, this three-bedroom property features lots of natural light and tasteful neutral décor. The open plan layout of the large well-appointed kitchen/dining room offers a spacious social living area with direct access to the fabulous sunny and sheltered patio and swimming pool. There is an enclosed wood-burning stove in the dining area and the property benefits from air conditioning, double glazing and exterior shutters throughout. The lounge is bright yet offers a cosy feel, with triple aspect windows and doors to access the front and rear gardens providing generous light and a sofa bed for 2 possible extra guests. Upstairs, the master bedroom features dual aspect balconies, one to the front overlooking the ocean and one to the rear overlooking the pool and gardens. The swimming pool area is sheltered and secluded with a very inviting BBQ dining area overlooking the well-kept garden. Located within a few minutes drive to the stunning Monte Clerigo beach and surfer’s paradise Arrifana beach also being a short drive with local amenities such as bars, restaurants and mini market en route, this villa is situated in a prime location in the very sought after area of the urbanisation of Vale da Telha.

A beautiful villa with lovely pool and sand pit which the kids loved! Great walk out to the point. Amazing new kitchen. Comfy beds. Great views from the balconies. We loved it!
Ganz tolle Unterkunft mit tollem Garten und Pool, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit schöner offener Küche. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Nähe zur Steilküste mit den Möglichkeiten zum wandern. Man muss wissen, dass es sich um einen sehr stark von Ferienhäusern geprägten Ortsteil handelt, in dem nur wenige Einheimische leben. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind mit 2 km Entfernung eher nicht mehr fußläufig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, waren von der gesamten Gegend total begeistert.
Werkelijk schitterend huis, zeer luxe en rustig. Eigen zwembad is heerlijk, zeer rustig gelegen. Sanne is een super host, niks is teveel. Je hebt haar wel nodig voor de locatie, want straatnamen doen ze hier niet. Huis is gelegen in een afgelegen wijk, voelt wat verlaten, maar niet onveilig. De omgeving is ooit bedoeld als volle wijk denk ik, maar is nooit verder gevuld met huizen, waardoor overal percelen groen worden. De huizen die er staan zijn mooi onderhouden, maar wegen zijn wat vergaan of niet af. Geeft een aparte sfeer, wel rustig en de natuur komt terug! Schitterende kust om te wandelen en surfen. Ver van bewoonde wereld, wat het ideaal maakt voor rust.
Amazing villa in a peaceful neighbourhood. Spacious and comfortable for 6 people and very well stocked. It’s just a very short drive to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and nearby town with supermarkets. I’d absolutely recommend, we loved our stay here.

Vale da Telha is a small village in the middle of the Costa Vicentina nature reserve. It is very popular amongst families, nature lovers and surfers alike. A selection of restaurants & bars and a small supermarket are there for your day to day comforts. The larger and historic Aljezur is only 15 minutes away and has everything you need. The town is located right in the middle between famous surf beach Arrifana and the less well known but perhaps even prettier Monte Clerigo beach. Other beaches like Amoreira, Amado and Odeceixe are just a short drive away. Whether you want to relax, go for a surf or enjoy an amazing hike in the nature reserve, Vale da Telha is the place to be. And if you do crave city life at some point, the city of Lagos is only 35 minutes away.
From Faro Airport it takes you about 80 minutes by car to get to Vale da Telha. If you want to explore the area, a car is recommended as public transport is only available to Aljezur town but not up to Vale da Telha. Parking is free and abundant everywhere in this area.
