This house is beautiful. We were there for the eclipse and the “moon deck” was awesome for stargazing with the evening wine. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen had everything you need - even lots of condiments in the fridge and cupboard. The coffee was great once we figured out how to use the machine 🤣 There is a mini store a block away which is where we went to stock up on milk, beer, wine and breakfast items. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and go to Snooze for breakfast and get some baked sweets at the bakery next door. Delicious. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

My family and I had a wonderful visit in Austin with a highlight being the opportunity to stay in Mitchell’s home. The location is fantastic! If you’re not walking distance to everything you want to do, you’re no more than a 10 minute drive. The home has all the amenities you could possibly want! There was plenty of room for us to be comfortable. Mitchell was very responsive and kind. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. The next time we’re traveling through Austin, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! I highly recommend this place! Thank you so much, Mitchell!

Mitch is a super-host and his home is impeccable. The home is super spacious, fresh and attractive. Mitch was very responsive and proactive to all our needs and available throughout the week when we had questions. The house is new - beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped. We would love to stay here again and definitely recommend to anyone coming to Austin. Zilker area is very accessible to ‘everything Austin’ and Uber/Lyfts were only a minute away if you do not have a car.

Stayed here for COTA F1 weekend with 2 other couples . We had a great stay, as soon as we walked in we knew we scored. The house is beautiful, clean and you have everything you could need. The host Mitchell was very responsive through text. He helped with local recommendations and answered any questions I had had immediately. Great Stay. Ps. Roof top is a gem
