Highly Recommended! I stayed here for a month and Nick is a fantastic host. He's very communicative and easy to deal with and has so many recommendations for Vancouver. His home looks exactly like the pictures, very clean, well designed, with everything you'll need and very peaceful with a Homey vibe 😊 and has AC (not very common in Vancouver), gym and a game room. The neighbourhood is very safe, 3 min walk to the train station (you can't hear the train in the townhouse), Lougheed mall, supermarkets and restaurants are 2 min walk away, modo car share parked on the same street if you need a car rental and a nice area to walk around. LOCATION IS FANTASTIC! 30 min to downtown Vancouver by trains. I enjoyed my stay and I'll definitely be staying again. Thanks for having me Nick 😊

Nick is a very welcoming host. The house is clean, quiet and well located. Common spaces are very convenient. The kitchen and living room are modern and well equipped. I recommend this place.

The photos posted in the Airbnb ad was the big reason I chose his place because it looked really great. And when I arrived at his house, it looked way better than the photo itself. The location is very close to skytrain, which makes it preferable for someone who often needs transit, and grocery store is within 5-10 minutes walking distance at tops. And most of all, the house is very clean. The host, Nick, is very friendly and kind and always look out for the guests to make them feel at home. If you are new to Vancouver and looking for long term,I highly recommend this place. You won't regret it. I didn't.
