房源位置还可以，但是要上坡，如有很多行李会比较累，周围有152路公交车可以去到地铁站。入住不方便因为不是自助入住的。如只是睡一晚可以接受，浴室很冷，厨房不能烧饭，不能使用洗衣机烘干机，隔音比较差，建议自带毛巾。放好行李后被告知不要再使用AirBNB联络，务必电话联系他们，感觉有些奇怪和不安。

The landlord mostly are nice people . They take care of the house very well. The house is very clean. They spend around several hours to keep the house looking good. It would be better for them to specify that the room I booked is a basement room. I haven't saw any specification before I get there. There is a kitchen, but only microwave, kettle and a fridge are allowed to use. Cook is forbidden according to landlord's instruction. The kettle is abnormal that more than 2 cups of water will exceed its capacity and spill （The landlord has a paper note attached near the kettle ） The hair drier is old and very noisy. The tap of the shower is weird too. If you need hot water, you have to spin the tap to the very high volume. If you plan to live a place more than 2 days, I advise you take this comment into consideration. I almost took every picture for what I said

Youngsil's place was clean and a great location. Youngsil was good at communication. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. If you are light sleeper the road noise might bother you. Parking was a bit tight if you get a spot. There is a curfew on coming back to the house (11:00pm). So if you want to go to a movie, later eating, or an event that may take you later to get back to the house I would avoid this place. Also be mindful that he does not want anybody in the house between 11:00am and 4:00pm because of maintenance, I did not see any maintenance being done as I had to pick up something during those hours. So if you are looking for a place with that you can relax during the day in your room avoid this place. It is a nice place if you don't mind the restrictions, the road noise.
