Great property in the best location of Rittenhouse Square! Root answered a call immediately from us at 10pm with a question , really a prime Air bnb class act for sure ! Would recommend to family & friends without hesitation ! Thx

Great apartment in a perfect location in Center City. The gym and amenities were perfect for our kids. Building is secure and desk staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked for cooking- no mixing bowls, no Tupperware, dish towels, salt and pepper/condiments. Some places have lots of items to use. The iron was missing as well. Ice machine didn’t work and the fridge light was burnt out. None of these were huge issues tho. Just wanted to mention to be prepared. We will stay again!

Excellent communication by the host Very comfortable stay. Building concierge extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. Garage right behind the building was very convenient for parking. The valet staff there was fantastic!

Root was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and the location is outstanding. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to others! Thanks for a great stay. Kristin
