This is a comfortable house. The very-private backyard was a highlight and we made good use of the outdoor fireplace. The beds and linens were great too. We would stay here again.

Very spacious three bedrooms apartments, one bedroom has a king size bed, other two has a queen bed each. It is very close to beach, 10 mins walk. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. We locked ourselves out once during the stay. We called and someone was able to come in very quickly. Definitely recommended!

Great location to stay, very close to Hendry's beach (short walk there) and just a short drive to Lazy Acres market or to the wharf area and state street. House has plenty of room (3 separate bedrooms) a large living room and two patios to sit out and relax. Kitchen is fully equipped and was great for cooking breakfast or lunches or even dinners (although there are so many fabulous restaurants in Santa Barbara to enjoy!) Great house.

We enjoyed our stay so much! This home had everything we needed… and more! The outdoor space is fantastic with great evening lighting. Initially, we had a few homes to choose from and are so glad we chose this one. It was even better than we expected! Also, the beds were comfy, there were plenty of linens, towels etc and even a game closet! Thank you for letting us stay here! Truly a wonderful week here.
