Within walking distance of train station and harbour. Arbroath was our last place to visit in Scotland before heading home to Liverpool so I was very grateful for the washing machine to wash a couple of items and the shortbread biscuits was greatly appreciated along with the complimentary tea bags and milk. Although we didn’t use the kitchen it was well equipped with appliances Would stay here again especially due to the cleanliness

Great place to stay for a family of 4. Super stylish and clean and minimalist. Had all the facilities we needed and more. Walked to the gin bar down the road - friendly staff and great selection of drinks and aperitifs. Bakery across the road which was handy for breakfast and also lots of takeaways in the street if you want an easy night in. Drove to Lunan Bay for a blustery walk along the beautiful beach, a must see. Hope to visit again.
