We had a great stay here while biking in BVille and felt the listing reflected the space accurately. Location was great, open kitchen & living room was perfect for our group. The water pressure and hot water allowed us all to shower when wanted - and the two bathrooms were clean. We could easily go biking or out for a bit (restaurants or museums) and stop back at the house before the next activity because of the central location! We did have to run the dishwasher daily since no extra dishes - but we had what we needed to cook meals. Mattresses were a bit worn or tired and the back patio/ yard wasn’t as comfortable to hang out in as we thought it was going to be. But we felt like we got a good place to stay for a good price. Loved the oatmeal and ice cream bars that were stocked for guests! And the grocery store down the street made it easy to buy & make meals when we wanted to!

Connie did so much to make our stay nice. Little snacks were left for us, the home was clean and easy to access and very close to downtown Bentonville. Really the only drawback as noted in other reviews was its proximity to a busy road. There was traffic noise all night. But there were white noise machines to help! Great stay in Bentonville!

We are repeat guests and if available, we will be again. We love this location for walking and riding. The Hosts are amazing to work with and have created a gem that feels like home.

When we drove up I was kinda worried by the outside looks but once inside the house was nice. The location of house was great. We could not find any locate or current television stations. There were no papers on restaurants or attractions in the area.
