Each BR has 1 queen bed, and the closed-in porch has a twin bed w/ trundle pull out. Leave your cars in the driveway and head less than 3 blocks to the beach, or grill out in the back yard. Home has 3 new AC units, Smart TVs in the BR’s & living room, & high speed internet. NO CLEANING FEES. Legal short term rental. An outdoor table and umbrella allows guests to have dinner outside after grilling on the propane grill. There is a very spacious back yard, perfect for yard games (can jam, corn hole, ladder ball), so if you have any of those, definitely bring them along. Inside the house, cool off with the AC wall units and watch some Netflix if you have a subscription. There are three flat screen smart TVs - one in each bedroom (43”) and one in the living room (50”). Each smart TV allows guests to log in to any streaming services (Disney+, Netflix, HBO, etc.) they may have and enjoy. A recently installed washer and dryer are located in the cottage for your convenience. Beach passes are available to guests after June 18th when the season begins. Lost or misplaced beach passes will result in a fee of $300.
