We loved our stay at The Cabins! Such a great setup. Close enough to San Ignacio and Pine Mountain Ridge, but far enough away to have some privacy and peace and quiet. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful. They even helped us with our laundry, which was so appreciated as we had been travelling for some time. The house itself is perfect. We absolutely loved the screened in kitchen / lounge area. If we could create the same setup in Canada we would! The option to have a bit of AC in the later afternoon was amazing. It was 40C+ on the days we were in Belize and coming from winter temps. our bodies were not well adjusted 😂. But as the sun fell it was totally not needed and so beautiful to swing open the bedroom doors and enjoy the nighttime sounds. Their local suggestion book was also super thoughtful. We recommend Carms for breakfast and the Green Hills Butterfly ranch if you are heading in that direction. Thank you kindly for making our Belize experience amazing!

Wow. Staying here was such an excellent choice. So peaceful, everything you need, and just a short ride into town. The perfect, beautiful home base for exploring San Ignacio. I recommend getting breakfast in the kitchen - on my second morning I. Was greeted by a toucan AND a parrot! Rose was a lovely host and we felt so comfortable, secure, and happy.

Melody and her Family are such kind people. The accommodations have everything you need and the kitchen's home cooked meals are absolutely delicious. Melody was super responsive from day one. And she also helped accommodate our transportation needs. Upon Arrival, her brother Rod, who tends the property and lives on-site, greeted us. Over the course of our stay, the family really went above and beyond. Rod is super sweet, and Melody made sure to get us everything we needed. Rod made us a fire one night too. The space came equipped with more than anticipated. Essentials and more. I wasn't expecting to see a fancy A/C, a blow dryer, bug spray and Aloe Vera in the cabin. They thought of everything. The kitchen had olive oil, salt and spices too. I'll try to add photos of it's an option.
