Great host while I had to wait for my apartment to become available and now the furniture is getting delivered tomorrow so staying one more night with them!

We enjoyed our stay for our son's college graduation. The place was very welcoming, clean and the snacks/drinks were an added bonus! If we had spent more time there the 105" projector would have been so cool to stream our favorite shows. The sheets on the main bed were very stiff(possibly new). The pullout sofa was not comfortable, maybe a thick memory foam pad would help. Just a suggestion, the place does not need to be heavily scented to be clean. I have allergies and am sensitive to air fresheners. Overall, it suited our needs.

We have stayed in many Airbnb locations. Hands down, Quintin and JoAnn's Maine Cottage was the absolute best! Wish we could have given more than 5 stars, especially in the areas of hospitality, communication and overall satisfaction. Highly recommended!
