Lovely single family home in Historic District. Nice front porch, 2 small bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and breakfast room. Full laundry room with stack washer/dryer. There is one Queen bed and 3 fold-out chairs that convert to twin beds. Beautiful hardwood floors, updated bath and off-street parking. The master bedroom has a lovely, comfy queen bed with a cozy chair and ottoman. An iron and ironing board are in the closet off the dining room. Bath is in hall between the two bedrooms with a shower and tub combo. The second bedroom has a futon couch, and foldout chair that makes a twin bed. Family Room has couch, chair and 55 inch TV. You'll find some games, cards, magazines, and books. Central air and heat, wifi, and lots of hooks throughout (for coats, bags, etc). The kitchen has a full set of pots and pans, crock pot, microwave, full stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, glasses and hopefully all you need to in your home away from home.
