Incredible Airbnb - absolutely perfect! So close to the ocean, shops and nice coffee. Amazing space, very big rooms and great amenities. Super easy communication - would 100% recommend to anyone going to deal. Loved it so much !

We had a lovely stay with a family group of extended family in Patricias's beautiful house. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very cosy. The kitchen was well-equipped and nice to gather in. One draw back was that the garden was not as accessible as it seemed from the photos. It is fine for older children, but because of the steep steps on one side, I couldn't let my children play unattended in the garden. The steps down into the garden were also tricky for my uncle. For most people the garden is a lovely place to sit. It was great to be so close to the beach and an easy walk into Deal. Good pubs and cafes nearby. The road is quite busy, but this didnt bother us too much. It is a stone's throw from the beach.

We took this for a family weekend with our two children and their spouses and my brother and his wife - 8 in all. It's a handsome Victorian house, beautifully presented yet with a homely feel, with large comfortable rooms. It proved ideal for our needs. It's on a busy road but with double glazed windows in the bedrooms at the front this did not trouble us. The house is notably bright throughout and has direct sun at the back. The kitchen is fully equipped and was generously stocked on our arrival. The house has loads of books and games, TV with Netflix and DVDs - plenty to entertain if desired. It wasn't the season for it but there is a small garden (shared with the basement flat beneath) with a large patio table and chairs. It's a very short walk to the Walmer seafront and an easy walk to the centre of Deal. We largely catered for ourselves but the hosts had provided detailed information on local eateries and attractions. We felt warmly welcomed.

Beautifully house with the decor of each room at a very high standard but also very comfortable and homely. In fact my mum did not want to go home! Location is great - a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Deal town and a few kms to Walmer Castle. Very close to the promenade, which was excellent as one of us was in a wheelchair pending a hip operation so we could all go out together for a long walk along the seafront. Also very close to the start of the Deal Park Run if that is something you want to do when you are here. Lovely kitchen fully equipped for family meals. Lots of games provided, which were useful as we did have some pretty persistent rain. Massive bath towels for each of us were very welcome. Sea views from the top bedroom at the back of the house was an unexpected treat.

We have had a lovely couple of days at Walmer. The house was perfect- lots of room clean and well maintained. Ian met us as we arrived and was very helpful.
