For the price I would hope that you wouldn’t have to pay for s’mores and a few pieces of firewood. Don’t worry about the wood now I covered that for the next few guests. It was okay. It would be nicer to be closer to town a little. Literally every house in this subdivision is under construction right now.

The house is located on a dirt road that has many potholes. So, be careful! It is cute and has potential to be a great home for 2 families with children under 12 or for one family and a set of grandparents. The kitchen is tight! There isn’t storage for dry goods, so be prepared to give up counter space. There also isn’t an indoor dining area. There is a bar with 2 stools and TV trays in the living room. There is a full table outside. The bedrooms are spacious and 3 full bathrooms are perfect! They have signs posted everywhere and everything is clearly labeled. There are plenty of games, books, blankets, and towels. The outdoor space is where it’s at! It’s fantastic. We had to troubleshoot for nearly an hour on how to get the pilot light going on the outdoor fireplace when we arrived. This was done via text. Once on, it was great! Two downsides. First, we found a roach on the stairs and then inside the cabinet to the left of the dishwasher. We let them know and they offered to see if someone could spray, but we declined due to having little ones and usually bugs scurry more right after a spray. Then I found a small one inside my boot the next morning! Eeek! Ants will invade even when being super tidy! We swept and wiped down counters daily, but to no avail, they were there. Second, the hot tub is over-chlorinated. As in, it ruined $200 worth of bathing suits (mine and my friends). This was brought to their attention and they were dismissive about it. So, don’t bring any suit you may want to wear again. Broken Bow is a beautiful area and will have many more options for rentals soon. Especially in this area which is about 8 miles from town. There are several cabins neighboring this one that are currently under construction.
