Very private, beautiful two story home overlooking Little Pleasant Bay. We enjoyed gorgeous sunrises and serene water views from the huge living room and master bedroom windows as well as from the rocking chairs on the spacious deck. This home did not disappoint.

Del Mar was wonderful to work with and we would very gladly book with them again, but a different house. Though this place was beautiful, it was definitely not worth the price, despite truly amazing views and having all amenities there. The house has beautiful, gorgeous views, and the top floor is very comfortable. There is a small private beach that was really wonderful with our toddler; we loved that. However, the house is definitely starting to show signs of neglect, and I don't think that has to do with the rental company managing it. The porch was frankly a bit dangerous (clearly rotting wood there and on a lot of the siding, with clear bug holes all over the exterior), and the downstairs was just so, so buggy and humid. It was not great if you have anyone with mold allergies. We later discovered that one of the downstairs windows that had a curtain in front actually had ivy growing through. This house was once really lovely, and I hope someone takes the care to restore it.
