Perfect place for a short or longer stay. Beds are super comfortable. Peaceful surroundings and great restaurants nearby. Hosts are friendly and very responsive.

Lovely stay, well maintained and clean! Apartment matches the pictures. A lovely 20 min walk to St. Marks, great to appreciate the views. Helpful and responive host! Just a note for light sleepers, the walls are a little thin, so could hear some noise early in the morning from other residence, so may need to pack your ear plugs!

Wir mussten die Unterkunft leider kurzfristig vor Anreise wegen Krankheit stornieren. Die Gastgeberin reagierte verständnisvoll. Auch die Kommunikation bis zur Stornierung war super. Die Unterkunft steht auf alle Fälle auf meiner Wunschliste für die nächste Reise nach Venedig.

It was great to stay in the end , after we got the host to fix the entrance door which was impossible to open, and after we got the shower cleaned.

This apartment is just beautiful. Everything newly remodeled, comfortable beds, really nice lighting, beautiful kitchen, lovely bathroom. We had great views from the upper floor. (Know that there are seven flights of about 8 steps to climb) we really loved this beautiful peaceful neighborhood as well as the apartment. Some critiques for the manager: there were no clear instructions on the thermostat and we were unable to get the heat to stay on. Even though we asked for clarification we never got it. Because of this we were unable to dry clothes overnight. The front door lock is very tricky and really needs to be replaced. The shower drain clogged and the manager was unresponsive about fixing it, making the shower difficult to use. Lastly, we were required to empty every bit of trash when we left rather than have the cleaning crew just take the trash out. This was really inconvenient. We would've been happy to pay a small extra fee for the manager to take care of this on our behalf.
