New. Garden Cape guest suite WITH private entrance. Newly furnished. This guest suite is bright and airy. Large living space. Bedroom w/queen bed. Coffee maker with coffee & teas. Toaster. Apartment-size refrigerator. Microwave. Sink. Washer & Dryer. Guest suite is the lower level of our home located on a 5-acre wooded lot. Space is very private and separate. Separate driveway-come and go as you please. Age 21 or older to book. No parties. No pets due to allergies. No smoking. No small children. Garden Cape Guest Suite. We are excited to be in our second-season as an Airbnb Host. We have created a space for you to enjoy a quiet, peaceful and relaxing stay while visiting our beautiful lakes, White Mountains, small towns and restaurants nearby. You will have privacy in your own living room, bedroom, bathroom and backyard. Your own private entrance. While we are not on the lake, we are 3 miles from Lake Winnipesaukee. The guest suite is the lower level of our home and private just for your use. Age 21 or older to book. No parties. No pets due to allergies. No smoking. No infants or children under 12.

The Garden Cape is one of the best places we have stayed. It is a gem within the beautiful landscape of New Hampshire. The room has plenty of space, and it was impeccably cleaned. The bathroom is spacious and pristine. It has different amenities for a beautiful escape, such as a coffee station, a fantastic bed, and comfortable sofas to lie down on and watch TV. One of the best things is that they left some goods for us in the fridge for a delicious breakfast. Theresa and Wade are phenomenal hosts who take great care in making the space a home away from home. I would recommend this place! And I would go again!

We are 2 hours north of Boston. About 1 hour 30 minutes north of Manchester Airport. Traffic can be heavy at times on weekends in Lakes Region, NH. Plan extra time if you are heading to a wedding. You will need your own transportation.

We are a couple native to NH and have lived in NH for over 50 years. We lived away for 8 years and returned to the beautiful lakes and mountains of NH. We love to kayak the lakes and hike the trails nearby. We are both employed fulltime and involved in our church. We are blessed with three young grandchildren. Grateful for our life we have been given. We are excited to be entering our third season as Airbnb Hosts.
