We were contacted by Matt prior to our arrival to notify us of an issue with the fridge. They were not able to get it replaced in time but they were able to provide a slightly smaller fridge and provided us with a more than generous partial refund for our stay. At check out, we were contacted again to let us know they contacted the local chocolate shop and offered for us to pick out some tasty treats. We felt this was above and beyond. We were also contacted the day of our check in to let us know the place was available earlier than the expected check in time, which was yet another thoughtful gesture. The cabin was clean and spacious. It has a gorgeous view of the area and was private and peaceful. It was very close to local restaurants, shops and hiking trails. We loved our stay and appreciate the hospitality extended to us by the hosts.

Thank you for our wonderful stay, the place was just as described and pictured so we felt we got what we were expecting. Great time spent on the deck feeding birds and looking over the tree tops. Place was clean inside and out and we found the basic things that made it comfortable. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay in Idyllwild and look forward to returning. The house has a perfect layout. With the open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room, we were able to interact with each other while still being able to spread out and relax. The views were amazing, inside and out. Not to mention the stunning sunsets we enjoyed every night on the deck and hot tub. The location was great. It's very close to town and even has a trailhead nearby, where we spotted a Bobcat on an early morning walk with the dogs. Our hosts were very communicative and friendly. If you are looking for someplace to just relax and catch up with your friends, then this is the place.
