No issue in general with the property but there were no instructions on how things worked, what went in what bin for recycling and if you have 7 people (which it sleeps) you can't all sit at the dining room table. There were only 6 seats in total so one of the children had to stand to eat in the kitchen whilst the adults sat at the table. Nice big fridge but not enough mugs if running the dishwasher. Good off road parking for 2 cars.

Great place to stay, host was friendly. The house was clean warm and matched the description. would definitely stay again and recommend to others

We were very pleased with the accommodation Had everthing we needed very clean Beds were clean and conformable. Rooms were spacious. Its about 30 minutes to derbyshire dales if you enjoy walking . About 10 mins from derby in a car. Where there are plenty of restaurants. I would recommend staying in the accommodation and would definately be happy to return there
