The apartment was always kept clean. Vicki always kept the fridge filled with snacks and fruits. The apartment felt very safe and there are public transportation with less than a minute walk from the building. The building itself was well maintained and there is free espresso machines that makes great cappuccino, and everyone working there are kind and willing to help with instruction and direction! Vicki herself was very responsive and friendly I definitely recommend her place!

An incredibly large and spacious master with master en suite. Well decorated and feels like home. Beautiful private balcony with spectacular evening views. Vikki was the most hospitable host! She met me upon check in and made sure the were no ripples to checking in. Was fantastic about genuinely offering to show parts of the city or an offer to go to church. Highly communicative and lightning fast to respond to inquiries or general questions. The home is well equipped and very centrally located, including all forms of transportation located right outside the front doors. I cannot recommend enough. Know that you will have a safe, accommodating stay.

Vicki was a very lovely host, she was super easy to reach, and was always available whenever I needed anything. When I first got here she showed me around the area and even treated me to dinner! Checking in on my first day was very easy, I was also given a tour of the building, and was shown how to access all the amenities. The location was also superb! Walking distance to the railway station, multiple bus stations and many restaurants and grocery stores; I did not even need a car! The room was very spacious, packed with all necessities and more! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a hotel-like experience for such a great value, and Vicki was definitely a Super Host!

I was interning in downtown Houston & it was very fortunate to have found Vicki’s rental since I needed a place to stay for 9 weeks. It’s in a super convenient location, I didn’t need a car to get around since the metro-rail is around the corner. Many nice amenities in the building & there’s a few grocery shops close by. Very clean & the host was super nice and accommodating. Best place to stay for the value. Thank you very much Vicki!
