It felt homely & welcoming when you walked into Emily’s property, which was nicely decorated, tidy and had lots of great touches i.e. fresh coffee, toiletries, washing up supplies etc. The house felt light & spacious due to having an open living area downstairs and a large landing area leading to the 2 bedrooms, study and bathroom upstairs. The house is close to a park and the river which made a nice scenic walk when venturing into the city centre which was 20 minutes walking distance, or less if you used the city’s scooters or bikes! There is also a parking space right in front of the house making it easy to bring in luggage or food shopping. Emily was a great host, communicating everything that was needed via Airbnb from the start which meant we didn’t need to contact her with any issues. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a home from home when visiting Nottingham.

Felt right at home during our stay here. The kitchen was well stocked and the extra herbs & spices were a lovely touch. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms warm & comfortable too with great storage. Great seating in the lounge area with plenty of space for the four of us. Check in was easy and the parking outside so useful. Our host was super helpful and really responsive. We would happily stay again. Thanks so much :)

It is an amazing house , absolutely clean ,quiet and cozy ,the garden has lot of tomato and plants. We had a great time there cos it feels like home , it is also close to the city centre , Uber only cost like £7-8 if you’re not driving ,highly recommended to everyone

Just what we needed, well-appointed, comfortable and convenient accommodation for us and our dog. Fabulous riverside walk just minutes away on foot.
