My family went to Aditi’s villa in Lavasa with our family dog. It’s an ideal place if you are travelling with your furry friend. It has a gated compound that allows them to roam freely, and enjoy the fresh air and grass. The housekeeper is very sweet, and helpful and ensure we’re comfortable throughout. We enjoyed our calm 2-day stay here.

Stay is photo like. Location shared on map is confusing not easy to get. It was beautiful surrounding. Caretaker is polite and helpful. WiFi and DTH was not working. It was good stay if you are on digital detox. Thanks Aditi.

Had an amazing stay at the Airbnb villa! The location, surrounded by hills with a dam view, was absolutely breathtaking. The villa itself was well-maintained, and the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The addition of a full-time cook at a reasonable extra cost enhanced our experience significantly. The cook's culinary skills impressed us with delicious veg and nonveg dishes. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful retreat away from the city rush. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

It was a brilliant experience staying at Rutu Villa. The place is airy and massive. They have a very well-tended garden, all bedrooms were well maintained as well. The caretaker Pramod lives on the premises and was always available for anything we needed. We struck a deal of all meals at the venue at flat charges for the cook plus the expenses of the groceries. This was a good decision since Lavasa City is dead. I had been to Lavasa a few times many years ago, and the promenade area was lively and bustling with lots of energy and commerce. Nothing of that sort any longer. So visit this place for a staycation, there is hardly anything to do outside the villa. Overall, it was a good deal and the place is recommended. Again special mention of Pramod for taking good care of us.
