Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a 3 bedroom home located at the end of a private road, there is lake access, the lake is quaint best for bass in the summer & ice fishing in the winter. The lake itself is shallow so it ices over thick in the winter and the water is warm in the summer. Closest to Theresa where there is small shops,coffee,gas and convenience. Within 30 miles of Alexandria Bay & the thousand islands(Boldt Castle) and shopping centers in Watertown. The lake access, to this property is about 1/4 mile down on the left. There is a sign that says private property no trespassing the code should be 2020 for the chain reach out if it is not. . Do not let anyone tell you you cannot launch your boat. This property has deeded access to this boat launch meaning you can only launch and move out of the way. There is no beach for swimming and you may not fish from the launch area. There is also a DEC & kayak drop behind this home the first dirt rd on your left head down about a mile on the left take that road in and follow the signs.Guests must be respectful to the neighbors there as I always have been. This lake is their home. Anyone found disturbing the neighbors will be asked to leave. For those visiting between July & August the mosquitoes can be very bad. It depends on the year how wet and damp the area around the lake is, I have used orkin to spray but unfortunately have not had the best luck. Please be aware. Do not walk the rocks behind the home as it is dangerous. Please clean up after your pets for the next people to enjoy.I believe the boats are 70hp or smaller allowed on the lake.
