We have stayed at Rafi owned or managed properties several times because they are reliably good and his team is super responsive when there are issues to be addressed or questions come up. We have stayed at this unit before and it's location is perfect, within a block of the river walk and easily walkable to Rittenouse Square. This visit started off very bumpy (extremely loud fire alarm malfunction in the middle of the night; many ants), but as usual Rafi's team was very responsive in addressing the problems). Between the ants and outdoor area, the cleaning crew's performance between guests could be improved.

Check in was simple. Entrance is on the side of the building. Neighborhood is safe and very nice. Apartment itself is very spacious and beautiful.

Stayed here for a month on a work trip. Looks exactly like the pictures. Spacious, cozy, well decorated, and lots of natural light. Entrance is private and not shared with other units. There’s a small outdoor patio which didn’t get much use because of the cold weather in winter but could be a great spot to hang out when it’s warm. Kitchen was well stocked so you can easily cook. In unit washer and dryer was also super convenient. Location couldn’t be better, just a few minutes to Rittenhouse square with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes nearby and easy access to groceries. And very quiet neighborhood overall with minimal street noise. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!
