I really enjoyed my stay at Rachael’s! The place was clean and tidy, very light and airy and the perfect balance between well decorated but still free of clutter. Rachael was an outstanding host. Step by step instructions given for how to access the building, responsive throughout the booking and flexible when I needed to amend things. Bed was comfy, and with the windows closed it was quiet and comfortable. Local amenities were great, plenty of shops, cafes, bars, really nice area and not overly crowded either. A very short walk from the Eiffel Tower and other attractions, absolutely ideally located for someone coming to do the tourist stuff. Really loved my stay, and will be looking to book for this place when I come again!!

Pros - After a few weeks in Europe staying in hotels, my family and I were in desperate need of a place to do our laundry and were extremely missing home cooked meals. Rachael's place in Paris was just right for us as it had everything that we needed. The location was central and accessible - few minutes walk to the metro, the market, food places, and 20 minutes to the Eiffel Tower! Rachael's place made us feel at home in Paris. What I appreciated the most was Rachael's exceptional customer service. She was quick to respond to the smallest questions I had and was flexible from check in to check out. I recommend this place to couples or a small family visiting Paris. Cons - toilet was small (comparing to what we are used to in Sydney), but this could just be the standard in central Paris.
