Me, my wife and 5 children had to find accomodation in St Neots where we were waiting for a completion date for our new house. Honestly, David is a great human being, when I message and asked if it would be possible to check in early, David had his house ready for us at 9 am which worked out perfectly for us as when the kids came back from school , food was cooked. House is in immaculate condition and is spotless . We absolutely loved it. I didn't read the instructions given by David properly and messaged him to ask how the heating works, David messaged and then called me to explain thoroughly. On the check out date which was also the completion date for our new house, David gave us extended check out time. Completion took place at 4pm. We vacated this house at 5pm. In a rush we left our washed clothes in the washing machine and next morning David arranged for us to go and collect. We are ever so grateful to David for his kindness in accommodating our needs. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David's place. The house is as described and looks exactly like in the pictures, clean, and comfortable to live and work from. It had everything we needed, and was close enough to the train station as we needed to frequently travel into London. Cambridge is super close by as well so that was a bonus. The Loves Farm area is nice, quiet and peaceful, and there's a nice walk in the greenery as well when we needed to air our heads. David is an excellent host, incredibly communicative and responsive. We were planning to stay for 3 months whilst we were looking for a more permanent place to stay, but ended up staying only 2 months as we found something sooner than we expected, and David was gracious enough to let us cancel the last month. Overall, great experience and I really recommend David's place!

Friendly owner. Uncluttered home. We appreciated the Christmas tree. The place suited our needs…somewhere to stay while visiting relatives. Top tip…fill the bath slowly. The pressure of the water causes the plug to flip open and sends water straight down the plug hole!

Fijne woning, met alles wat we nodig hadden in huis. Opgeruimd en schoon, we voelden ons thuis. In de ochtend wel erg licht op de slaapkamers. Treinstation, bushalte en winkel op loopafstand, top! Verhuurder reageerde erg snel op vragen.

The house felts homely..but was so uncluttered,which I like. David was so helpful with my questions. The proximity to station and a tesco express suited us so well. The close the house is in is quiet and neat I would like to stay again when we visit family in the area Thank you 😊
