Great place to stay while in Cedar City. Shaun is a great host and very easy to communicate with. Perfect location and full stocked with anything you could need. Would definitely stay again!

Great deal for this homey duplex in a great location. Sean was very responsive to all of our questions and generous with our requests. We loved playing ping pong and having two parking spots in the driveway was ideal. Will definitely stay here again!
Great place to stay. You know when you travel and forget little things so you just go without? Here, you don’t have to. The Hosts have thought of everything. There’s a dog bowl, pack n play bedding, some extra sunscreen, tape, to-go cups, and even some snacks and condiments. It is so nice to arrive and feel right at home. Easy access to downtown but a quiet low traffic setting. We’d definitely stay here again.
Great location, squeaky clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities for short or long term stays. Would stay again!

Hello Friends, Welcome to Southern Utah. Thanks for checking out one of our three properties. Michelle and I have raised six kids in this valley, we only have one more left at home. We now have two grandkids who are training us to be grandparents. We hope to have many more grandkids in the future. I teach school and I’m approaching retirement. Hosting guests, like you, is what we do now and it will continue after I retire. See you soon!
