The houses view was amazing! Plenty of things to do within the village. If you have small children I would not recommend this house, we reached out about baby gates for the stairs and they do not have one on site. We brought our own, however the railing on the stairs is dangerously wide and unsafe for small children so a gate will not fix this problem. The house also showed that it had a hot tub and it does not. Evolve corrected the listing after we alerted them but were extremely unaccomodating regarding the false advertising.

This Air B&B may be well suited for a couples trip, girls getaway, or adults only trip. We did not find the house to be child friendly and the stairs are steep. We were traveling with an infant and small toddler and unfortunately the setup did not work for us. Pros: large home, nice kitchen, large upper and lower decks with pretty views. Beds were comfortable, and home was clean. Cons: far from downtown Hot Springs, deceptive driveway and not suitable for all vehicles; master shower head has weak pressure and shower was cold. Downstairs bedrooms had dirty water bottles and lampshades were all turned over. For some people, this may be a perfect spot for a large gathering. For us it was not what we were expecting and wouldn’t recommend to people traveling with small children or wanting to be near things to do in Hot Springs. Brookie (Hostess) was understanding that we needed to cancel our stay due to the weather and driveway.

This was a great location for a family getaway or a couples retreat. We had 8 adults and we had a great time just eating, drinking and playing games. The house was clean and comfortable, along with great communication from the host. My only dislike was the steep driveway but once we figured out the angle it was good.

For a country girl living a big city, always-busy life, this was the perfect place to get away and reset. Everything was perfect, exactly as described. The layout was perfect for eight adults from three generations. All the rooms are large and spacious. Both floors feature a large gathering area as well furnished decks with unbeatable views. Favorite things: the glorious views, the abundance of windows, the cozy decks, and the spacious layout. Our one disappointment is that our schedule didn't allow us to stay longer. Hopefully, there will be a next time.

Four women from Texas loved the accommodations. The home was beautifully appointed and easy to find. Lockbox entry was easy. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The porches were delightful. we had a little trouble with the thermostat but a call to the management company resolved the issue. The hardwood floors were not as clean as they could have been but everything else was great. We would definitely go back. The drive to the house was breathtaking.
