Welcome to Annie's Retreat. Lilswood Holiday park located near the historic town of Hexham, Northumberland. Nearest amenities are 8 miles in the market town of Hexham where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes, leisure centre and cinema. Stunning views, excellent for walking , cycling , and relaxing. If its piece and quiet you are looking for then this is the place for you. We have a cosy 2 bedroom lodge which sleeps 6. Outside there is wrap around decking with table, chairs and loungers. Main bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, wc and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2 has a 4ft bed with single wardrobe. Main bathroom has shower, WC and wash hand basin. Lounge is open plan with dining table and four chairs with fully fitted kitchen. French doors open from the lounge onto patio area.

Judith’s place was amazing!! It was unbelievably peaceful and you really felt immersed in nature and away from the busyness of ‘normal’ life. The view from the living room/balcony was absolutely stunning!!… and I constantly found myself looking out at the scenery. The place itself felt very spacious and cozy at the same time. The relaxed town of Hexham was about a 15 minute drive, with everything you will need. There was a lovely welcoming hamper of essentials and a few very thoughtful extras. I would highly recommend Judith’s place to anyone and will hopefully be back at some point soon. Tom
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Annie’s Retreat with our 13 year old grandson. The location was very peaceful (just what we wanted) and the surrounding views were stunning. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable and cosy. We have no hesitation in recommending Annie’s Retreat and we would definitely go back for another stay.
