Loved staying at the XO ranch. House is charming. Rare combination of rustic location and beautiful stylish decor. My kids loved the horses. I loved the modern kitchen. Had dinner outside on the porch under a full moon with breeze in the trees. Hosts are friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here!!

This is a beautiful home in great condition. The beds were very comfortable and the decor is serene. There's a cozy sectional in the great room/ kitchen and the kitchen is massive. There is no microwave (that we could find) and no TV (which we knew). The kitchen is well-stocked, lots of great cooking tools. The attached bathroom on the primary bedroom is stunning, the bathtub is wonderful. Shampoo, conditioner, bath bombs(!!) and lots of towels and linens. There is a lot of seating outside as well as a nice little fenced area around the house if you have a dog. The house is close to the freeway but the house was well insulated, so not that noisy. The host was super responsive and friendly, I would definitely recommend this place - it was a great home base for us for Thanksgiving.

Booked Mollie's place for a few nights while our home was being repaired. it was a great stay, our kids in particular loved it. there were goats, horses and some wild turkeys around. it's right by the 538, so there's some highway noise, but we nor the kids were bothered by it at all. Also Mollie is a great host, very prompt in communications and very accomodating.
