A lovely property in a great location. Katie was fantastic, even offered us an extra night for free!! Recommend the Stan Laurel Inn for food, literally a 20 second walk from the house.
We had a great stay in this lovely, little cottage. We found it exactly as described; clean, well-equipped and a great base for exploring the Lakes. You can walk to Hoad Monument and the Priory easily from the cottage and there's plenty more on your doorstep. Booths supermarket has some lovely stuff on offer and is also within easy walking distance. Thank you for a lovely stay!
We had a great stay, the location is handy for all the local amenities. We would stay here again if came back to the area.
We stayed for just over 2 weeks here and it was lovely. Comfortable, well equipped, in great condition and a stone's throw from shops and amenities. Katie was friendly and helpful, checking in on us to see if all was good. We would happily stay here again.
Great base for seeing the Lake District very central.lovely house and close to all the local attractions 5 mins from Laurel & Hardy Museum. Some great personal touches were in the house on arrival including beer, wine, milk bacon and eggs, even treats for our dog. He loved them. Great communication would definitely recommend. I am originally from The Lake District and feel very lucky to have grown up here. I love Ulverston and can’t wait to share all that I know about the area. I first used Airbnb back in 2013 as a guest in Spain and New York and loved my stays (just wish I’d bought shares in it back then).
