The bungalow is very nice but a bit smaller than it seemed in the pictures. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The fire pit was a nice touch although rainy weather didn’t allow for spending much time outdoors. My husband and I have spent a lot of time in Avila so we were familiar with the location and knew it would be in a great area. In fact, our favorite place to stay is directly across the street (La Fonda). Maybe the rain was at fault, but we weren’t able to watch tv at all during our stay due to slow internet. This was disappointing since the weather kept us in. Also, the coffee maker didn’t work. I’m sure management would have brought us another one but we didn’t realize it until late on our last night. It was a pleasant stay for two rainy nights, but compared to the price and amenities, I think we’ll stick with our usual.

Exactly as described. Very tastefully designed Air Bnb. Adjacent fire pit was nice. Would stay again if ever in Avila Beach.

The cottage was very comfortable and cute. Unfortunately, we didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the amenities like the fire pit and bikes, but it was easy to find and convenient. We would like to come back for a longer stay!

This place is perfect if you want a quiet place. The Bungalow was small yet had plenty of ammenities. I would stay here again!
