We stayed in the house for my sister bridal shower and had amazing time! House was great and bar are was so much fun! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to relax with family. Host was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely consider to rebooking it in the future!

Great house in a brilliant location. Stayed with family to celebrate a birthday and the house as well as the faculties were first class. We couldn’t really have asked for more and the hosts were great in terms dog communication throughout. I would recommend this property to anyone as it was a perfect place for us, both in terms of facilities, location and overall feel.

Communication before we arrived was really good and helpful as were the instructions we were given. House was in good order when we arrived and it’s in the perfect location as there’s lots to do, would recommend.

Nine of us stayed at the property for my daughter’s hen weekend. We had a fantastic time! Property was just perfect. The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area worked well and we loved the wood burner. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking/dining. The bedrooms were spacious with flexible options for king/single beds. Three of the four bedrooms have en-suites and there is a separate bathroom. The quirky cellar bar is fab! Most of the girls used the hot tub which was spotless. The hosts were very timely in responding to any queries leading up to and during our stay. We all enjoyed it so much, we plan to return next summer. We will definitely be recommending the property to our fiends and family.

We had a few glitches (some of which were out of the control of our hosts). Gillian and John were very approachable and responded immediately and sorted out the problems quickly and in a very professional manner. We went on to have a fantastic weekend celebrating my husbands 60th with friends. What a wonderful home for a group of friends and family to be together. Gorgeous open plan living area, fantastic and spotless bedrooms which felt as though we were in a hotel, very well maintained hot tub, and the men folk of the group loved the cellar bar! An amazing asset. Just wished it had not been January as it was too cold to enjoy the garden which is fantastic. Especially for little ones to run around while being very safe and secure in the enclosed space. Well done for creating a ‘wee oasis’ in the woods but within walking distance of all amenities. Thank you for having us.
