We can't say enough, this place was perfect for my daughter and I taking Campus tours. Price was better than a hotel, amenities were great, location outstanding and parking just outside the door. The space was clean efficient and provided plenty of separation between a Father and Daughter. The check in process was a little confusing but the hosts communicated effectively and met me in the parking lot to make it a smooth process. Once checked in everything was EASY! I would highly recommend this Unit if visiting the University of Iowa.

This is a wonderful space right in campus town. The loft area is great. We felt that the entrance is dark and unmarked. There was a homeless man camped out very, very close to the entrance. The back door to the entrance hallway is left wide open, making us feel quite unsafe.

A genuine gem if you're looking to stay in Iowa City! Sandwiched between a row of stellar local shops and restaurants (Brix, Hamburg, Goosetown, to name a few), and just beside the university and downtown hub, we were well within walking distance of everything we could have thought to explore. Paired with the size/layout of the place itself, easily accommodating 4 guests (with lots of room for privacy, as well as spaces for gathering), there couldn't have been a better spot to come back to each night, or to regroup at throughout the day. And not to mention the excellent communication from Lacy! Every question we had, even a month out, was met with a darn-near immediate response -- always clear, and always understanding at that. Don't even get me started on the price! All things considered, it was an incredible deal for three friends looking to stay for a few days. We'll definitely be booking here again :)
