Stylish and roomy loft with everything a couple or pair of friends would need. Great base to visit my niece at Tulane and explore all that New Orleans has to offer. Location felt very safe and quiet. Host was friendly and responsive. We felt the cleaning fee was a little steep but other than that, would stay again and recommend.

This was the perfect place for my week, visiting a friend who lived nearby. Clean, comfortable, spacious--everything I needed, including a Keurig coffee machine and pods.

Marilyn and her helper were very responsive. The residential neighborhood is quiet. The loft gets a lot of lovely sunlight. The bed was comfortable. Be aware that the loft is all open except the bathroom. If two people need to be on calls, it’s hard to do that. Fortunately the WiFi does reach out to the deck though, so in decent weather that’s helpful. This location has a number of unexpected rules, which I was not informed of until it was too late to cancel. We were charged a cleaning fee and also were told we needed to put our own linens in the wash, for example. There was a smoke detector holder near the ceiling above a kitchen cabinet- with no detector in it. And I didn’t see any others, or a carbon monoxide detector, both of which are listed as amenities.
