Just wow, this beautifully converted barn was amazing for making memories with our family and fur babies. Fantastic surroundings and dog walks on your doorstep with incredible views. Communication between ourselves and the wonderful hosts Simon & Sue was second to none with a thoughtful welcome hamper on arrival which was a meaningful little touch to this already stunning property. We will most definitely be staying again, after 20 years of visiting Norfolk sea towns this place was by far the best and we are already excited to be thinking about our next visit. Chloe, Amanda & Kaiden Not forgetting Ralph & Chico our fur babies ❤️

The barn is gorgeous the photos just do t do it justice - it’s really bright and spacious. It has all the amenities you could want and more than most holiday let’s we’ve visited. The walk into Winterton was really lovely and took about 15 minutes. The beach is gorgeous our dog loved it. I wasn’t so keen on the bed too soft for me but my husband slept like a log. It’s impossible in any holiday let to install a bed that suits all sleepers. We also thought the layout of the lounge could do with a tweak. We pulled the TV away as it’s on a useful bracket but however you did it the position was just a bit award from the sofa. One very minor tweak would be to install some hooks in the bathroom we had nowhere to hang the towels. Ending in a positive from what was a really positive experience- the welcome basket was a lovely treat - thank you Sue. When we’re back in this part of the world we’ll definitely book to stay again.

Relaxing and peaceful weekend away with our 4 legged friend! Beautifully modern and spotlessly clean accommodation. Welcome basket on arrival was a lovely touch. Great location within a 20 minute walk of the sandy beach along a lane. Plenty of walks nearby with ample cafes and pubs to choose from. Perfect if you want to get away from it all. Look forward to coming again.
