Great airBnB and lovely location. Great place to explore the Broads from!
Well, what can we say...The Grain Barn doesn't just look like the photographs...it's even better! Pre arrival info was great and the online information brochure was spot on. Welcome package was delicious and very welcoming! The barn had everything we needed without all the guff so often found in rentals...no questionable bottles of sauces, no dog eared tourist leaflets of varying ages. Everything in the barn was clean, comfortable, and good quality. Our hosts were so welcoming without being overbearing - just friendly and helpful. Emma gave us a lunch recommendation-turns out it was possibly one of the most delicious meals we've ever had! We were a little worried about being on the 'main road' to walk into the village with the dogs, but because of the path Emma and Neil have made it's perfectly safe and an easy pleasant walk to the pub and beach. And with walks direct from the barn, you may not need to get back in the car for your whole stay. What's not to like?!
What a place. It’s fabulous. Cannot recommend highly enough. Spotlessly clean, great facilities, amazing welcome homemade cake, eggs, bread (yummy) and marmalade. The best way to spend my special birthday with the family and dog. The walks are great too. Emma the host was super responsive and the information provided was superb. Everything was perfect! Amazing accommodation , fabulous location and hosts that are without doubt dedicated to providing a five star service . I cannot fault Emma and Neil or their accommodation at all . Our holiday would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the rain but even that didn’t matter as the games barn was brilliant . So impressed with everything that we will definitely return . Very highly recommend .
Back home after a lovely weeks stay - lots of great memories created. From the point of booking right up until we left Emma was the perfect host, great communication, very responsive & informative, thought of every detail to tailor our needs. The house was exactly as described and the location great, loved the fact the circular walk via the beach was right on the doorstep! The village and beach is beautiful and not too far from the house - even my 3 & 5yr old managed the walk without too much moaning!! The welcome gifts were a lovely touch and went down a storm with us all including the dog! Would definitely recommend this house and we would love to come back again.

Based in the beautiful village on the Norfolk Coast a short walk from the most amazing sandy beaches and the Broads National Park. All our properties are well equipped we offer you a warm welcome and a lovely space to explore this lovely area. We live on-site and are happy to help with any questions about your holiday and what to see and do nearby but we won't cramp your style.
