Flok as a management company should do their due diligence before taking on a property as they knew nothing about the property and were mostly an answering service. The garden, patio and view of this property are stunning. It is clear the owner cares about the garden as they have a gardener full time on location. The problem is that we were advised of this following our booking. We were also sent a list of rules which included being mindful of water use as water is scares during dry season, Which would be understandable however the gardener spends 5 hrs per day watering the garden!!! There are no images of the kitchen. The kitchen is half outside and half inside with poorly sealed gates and no way to lock up. The kitchen was run down and dirty. The living room is off limits and furniture is covered in sheets?! Washrooms were filthy and we found cockroaches in the bedding. The owner is also very rude and made us feel completely unwelcome. This place could be a gem if properly managed. 👎

The property is beautiful. The set up is great with the open air kitchen. This property is as described. The only thing we could have used was a hammock for napping. Caretaker was great. He even cut coconuts for my kids which they thought was the absolute best. Highly recommend.

Really nice place, with a fantastic view. The pool was perfect for our two children to play in and in the garden there were many birds and monkeys, so it was also a great experience. The nearest town, Montezuma, had a really cozy atmosphere, and there are many nice beaches in the area. The hostess was very easy to communicate with, both in relation to check-in and check-out. The only thing, that other reviews have also mentioned, is the road up to the house. It is wild. We managed it with some difficulty in a normal car, but it was in the dry season. I can only imagine what it's like in the wet season.

Great stay, beautiful. The road coming from in town is treacherous but the road coming from the beach is much better.
